This page describes what we collect when you visit this site or join the private beta waitlist, and how we use that information.

What we collect

• The email address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Any optional trip questions you choose to answer after confirming your email (first name, trip timing, travel party, and whether you’re open to a short research conversation).
• A record of your consent, including the consent version and the time you gave it.
• Your coarse country, derived from your network connection.
• Anonymous funnel events — page and button interactions tied to a randomly generated session identifier, not to your identity.

What we do not collect

• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
• We never sell your data, to anyone, for any reason.

How we use this information

We use your email address to confirm your signup, invite selected households into the private beta, and send beta and launch updates. We use optional trip details to match beta invitations to households we can help. We use aggregate, anonymous funnel events to understand how this page performs and where to improve it.

Who processes this information

We deliver email through Postmark. We measure aggregate site traffic through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Your controls

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@welltrod.travel.

Retention

We retain waitlist data until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the private beta ends, whichever comes first.
